Super East Scout League Header

Super East Baseball was started in 1997 for two reasons: allow teams to opportunity to play more games and to offer teams different options when choosing their post season opportunities. Now, Super East Baseball is proud to offer spirited travel baseball programs a “new flavor” to the staleness that has become fall baseball.

The Super East Baseball Fall Scout League will introduce players/teams to an all new format which includes round robin league games in order to maintain a festive yet competitive approach to fall baseball. The goal is to help players continue to develop as baseball players with productive game play that motivates players to strive to get better at the individual and team level. Super East Baseball has reached out to travel baseball programs who share in this philosophy.

Phil Price, Team Mizuno Northeast Director says, “New England baseball suffers in the fall where other areas of the country excel due to weather and the craziness that is the fall. it’s important for young baseball players to be give the opportunity to continue to explore and develop their game. The Super East Scout League is the answer New England baseball has been looking for. Team Mizuno Northeast is excited to join this elite league as it positions players within the organization to never settle.”

Team Mizuno Northeast is proud to be invited to join as a chartered member of this unique league. Teams will participate against other like minded organizations beginning September 11 thru October 25. The eight week season will leave Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends open for clubs to participate in outside fall tournaments. The Super East Baseball Fall Scout League will feature a complete website to keep track of standings and list announcements. The season will conclude with the announcement of the Super East All-League Team. This announcement is made at the SEBFSL Championships, which will be held over Halloween Weekend, October 31 thu November 1. The Super East All-League Team will have an opportunity to participate in a late fall or winter baseball tournament following the conclusion of the league.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to create a great schedule for our fall season. The round robin 3 team atmosphere is exactly what the fall schedule needed. We have great clubs that are dedicated to a successful fall season.” Boy Hetu, Program Director of team Connecticut Baseball (TCB) states. “We are proud to add Team Mizuno NE to our Super East Baseball Scout League. They are a great addition that will make our scout league a great success!”

Team Mizuno Northeast joins Team Connecticut Baseball (TCB), Northeast Baseball (NEB), South Troy Dodgers, SHOW Baseball, USA Mavericks, Rhode Island Jr. Gulls, Cape Cod Dugout Dawgs, Shoreline Hammerheads, and Team Connecticut Baseball (Heat) as one of the Super East Baseball Fall League Chartered Clubs.

The Super East Baseball Fall League still has openings for teams to join. To sign up or inquire visit www.supereastbaseball.com or call (860) 424-7838 (Steve)
