Mizuno Northeast Begins Strength and Conditioning Sessions

The 9U and 10U Mizuno Northeast teams began their strength and conditioning training on Tuesday to prepare for the upcoming season. Coach Kevin Wnukowski took the kids through a 45 minute full body regimen on the turf at Hit Quarters. The program involved portions dedicated to strength and as well as agility, with workouts like hamstring bridges, planks, and modified shuttles. This is a great way for the kids to stay fresh and in-shape during the off season in order to be the best when the season rolls around. Team Mizuno Northeast will continue its practices weekly throughout the winter months until the spring season begins.
